     Digital Campaign Specialist


    We are looking for an individual highly skilled at prioritization with strong organizational and problem solving skills and decision making abilities. A detail oriented and organized person to support our Canada-wide digital advertising sales team with digital campaign management. This role will be responsible for the accurate and effective fulfillment of digital advertising campaigns across Star Metro Media’s digital product offerings and platforms.


    What you will do:

    • Execute digital campaigns by managing and monitoring the day-to-day activities of digital advertising campaigns across multiple products and platforms
    • End to end digital campaign management from set up and information gathering to final reporting
    • Checking avails in CRM and ensuring sufficient inventory is available
    • Submit and implement all approved online orders through the insertion order tool and manage the collection of all creative materials and assets
    • Ensure accurate and timely submissions of all campaign elements to proper platforms, groups and persons
    • Perform quality control checks and communicates with digital sales rep and client
    • Provide performance reports, updates throughout duration of campaign and optimization suggestions
    • Manage the fulfilment and optimization of campaigns aligned to clients objectives
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against client goals
    • Analyze campaign objectives vs. performance data, and identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI
    • Communicate any campaign changes to traffickers with clear instructions for implementation
    • Interact with internal and external departments, agencies and vendors
    • Promote and uphold departmental and company processes and procedures
    • Provide ad specifications to ensure creative standards are met
    • Provide clients with reporting and any optimization suggestions
    • Monitor campaigns to ensure full delivery
    • Actively participate, where determined, in development projects (new technology implementations, system updates and migrations, etc.)

    Who you are:

    • 3+ years of digital advertising experience
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent real life experience
    • Exceptional business writing and oral communication skills
    • Strong analytical skill with very high attention to detail and organization
    • Experience with ad trafficking procedures and software
    • In-depth knowledge of IAB creative specifications
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, Flash, JPG and third party creative (DFA, EyeReturn, Sizmek etc.)
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft and database skills
