    Who you are:

    • Collaborate in development of the product strategy and go-to-market plan
    • Deeply understand the needs of the customer and business and build (& manage) a product roadmap that addresses those needs while balancing trade-offs
    • Design, implement, and facilitate a system to manage stakeholder engagement
    • Clearly define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities, and develop (& manage) a coherent product backlog, including retiring features that no longer make sense
    • Write the user stories, define the minimum viable product (and the acceptance criteria), identify project risks and dependencies, and actively participate in all stages of the development
    • Responsible for acceptance of stories and sign off prior to shipping
    • Seeks out and recommends partnerships that will accelerate business efforts and enable speed to market
    • Collaborates with delivery, business, UX and development to ensure product features align to customer expectations while meeting business needs

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in product or program management
    • Bachelor’s degree (business preferred but not required)
    • Experience as a team lead
    • Understanding of digital media
    • Experience working within a software development environment
