    What you will do: 

    • Collaborate in the development of the product strategy and go-to-market plan
    • Manage stakeholder engagement through an established system
    • Deeply understand the needs of the customer and business and build (& manage) a product roadmap that addresses those needs while balancing trade-offs
    • Clearly define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities, and in collaboration with the team, translate those ideas into clear features and epics that will guide development
    • Collaborate with delivery, business, UX and development to ensure product features align to customer expectations while meeting business needs
    • Hold responsibility for acceptance of stories and sign off on features prior to shipping
    • Track, analyze, and respond to key performance indicators
    • Keep stakeholders updated on product performance, plans, launches and opportunities
    • Seek out and recommend partnerships that will accelerate business efforts and enable speed to market

    • 3-5 years of experience in product or program management
    • Bachelor’s degree (business preferred but not required)
    • Experience as a team lead
    • Understanding of digital media
    • Experience working within a software development environment
